　　Q: A players ball strikes his own golf cart while it is being pulled by an opponent or a fellow-competitor. What is the ruling?

　　A: Since the player is not sharing the cart with any other player, it remains his equipment even when it is being pulled by an opponent or a fellow-competitor. If the player was aware that his cart was being pulled by an opponent or a fellow-competitor, in match play the player loses the hole - Rule 19-2a. In stroke play, he incurs a penalty of two strokes and must play the ball as it lies - Rule 19-2b. But if he was not aware, in equity (Rule 1-4) no penalty is incurred, and the ball must be played as it lies.

　　问：一名球员的球打到了被对手球员或同组球员拖着的他自己的球车上。这时适用什么规则？

　　答：因为这名球员没有和其他任何球员共用球车，即使当他的球具被对手球员或同组球员拖着，球具也还是属于他的。如果这名球员知道到他的球车被对手球员或同组球员拖着，在比洞赛上，他就输掉了这一洞的比赛——规则19-2a。在比杆赛上，他得被罚两杆，而且必须在球所在的位置打球——规则19-2b。但是如果在这名球员不知道的情况下，本着公正的原则（规则1-4），他不受处罚，球也得在现有的位置打。
