　　Q: On completion of a round in stroke play, a competitors marker reports that the competitor, after lifting his ball on the putting green, repeatedly placed it nearer the hole than the spot from which it was lifted. The Committee, after gathering all available evidence, concludes that the markers report is correct. What should the Committee do?

　　A: The competitor should be disqualified under Rule 33-7.
