　　Definition: Obstructions
　　An "obstruction" is anything artificial, including the artificial surfaces and sides of roads and paths and manufactured ice, except: a. Objects defining out of bounds, such as walls, fences, stakes and railings; b. Any part of an immovable artificial object which is out of bounds; and c. Any construction declared by the Committee to be an integral part of the course. An obstruction is a movable obstruction if it may be moved without unreasonable effort, without unduly delaying play and without causing damage. Otherwise it is an immovable obstruction. Note: The Committee may make a Local Rule declaring a movable obstruction to be an immovable obstruction.

　　“障碍物”是指任何人造物，包括道路及步道的人造表面和侧面，以及人造冰。但以下物体除外：
　　a.定义为界外的物体，比如围墙、围栏、立桩和栏杆；
　　b.在界外的不可移动的人造物体的任何部分；
　　c.委员会宣布的球场整体部分的任何建筑物；

　　如果一个障碍物不需要通过过度的努力、不正当的延误比赛和导致伤害就可以移动时，它就是可移动妨碍物。否则，它就是不可移动障碍物。

　　注：委员会可以制定当地规则宣布可移动障碍物为不可移动障碍物。
