　　Decision 18-2a/4 Ball Lifted and Dropped Away from Movable Obstruction
　　Q: A players ball comes to rest against a movable obstruction. The player lifts the ball and drops it away from the obstruction instead of removing the obstruction as provided in Rule 24-1. What is the ruling?

　　A: The player incurs a penalty of one stroke under Rule 18-2a and he must replace his ball before playing his next stroke. Otherwise, he loses the hole in match play or he incurs a total penalty of two strokes in stroke play -- see penalty statement under Rule 18.

　　问：一名球员的球停靠在了一个可移动障碍物旁。这名球员捡起球，然后从离开可移动障碍物的地方抛球，而不是象规则24-1规定的那样移动障碍物。这时应该适用什么规则？
