　　Decision 1-4/9 Birds Nest Interfering with Stroke
　　Q: A players ball came to rest in a birds nest or so close to the nest that he could not play a stroke without damaging it. Is he entitled to relief without penalty?

　　A: Yes. In equity (Rule 1-4), the player may, without penalty, drop the ball at the nearest spot not nearer the hole which would allow him to make his stroke without damaging the nest. If the ball lies in a hazard, it must be dropped in the hazard.

　　问：一名球员的停在了鸟巢里或者停与在鸟巢很接近的地方，如果不破坏它，他就不能打下一杆。他有权补球而不受处罚吗？

　　答：是的。本来公正的原则（规则1-4），球员可以不受处罚的在最近点，并不是更接近球洞的点进行抛球，这样他就能不破坏鸟巢来打下一杆。如果球停在障碍区，就必须在障碍区抛球。
