　　Decision 31-8/1 Competitor Lifts Loose Impediment in Bunker When His Ball and Partners Ball Are in Bunker
　　Q: A and B are partners in a four-ball stroke play competition. As ball and Bs ball are in the same bunker. A lifts a loose impediment lying in the bunker. A is penalized two strokes for a breach of Rule 13-4. Does B incur a penalty?

　　A: If As infringement assisted Bs play, B also is penalized two strokes -- Rule 31-8. Otherwise, B incurs no penalty.

　　判定 31-8/1 当比赛者自己和同伴的球都在沙坑中时，比赛者捡起沙坑中的散置障碍物
