　　Decision 17-4/1 Ball Resting Against Flagstick Lifted Before Being Holed
　　Q: A players ball is resting against the flagstick, but it is not holed because all of it is not below the level of the lip of the hole. However, the player, believing the ball is holed, picks it up. What is the ruling?

　　A: The player incurs a penalty stroke under Rule 20-1 for lifting his ball without marking its position. The player must replace the ball against the flagstick and may then apply Rule 17-4.

　　判定 17-4/1 球停靠在了旗杆上，在没有被打进洞前就被捡了起来

　　问：一名球员的球停靠在了旗杆上，但没有进洞，因为球没有在球洞边缘的水平面以下。不过，这名球员认为球进洞了，他把球捡了起来。这时适用什么规则？

　　答：因为没有标记位置就捡起了球，所以按照规则20-1，他应该被罚1杆。这名球员必须把球放回停靠旗杆的原位，然后适用规则17-4。
