　　Decision 13-2/31 Ball Outside Bunker; Stone in Bunker on Line of Play Pressed Down or Removed
　　Q: A players ball is lying behind a bunker and he decides to putt through the bunker. There is a small stone (loose impediment) in the bunker on his line of play. May he push the stone down into the sand or remove it?

　　A: Sand may not be pressed down if the act would improve the line of play -- Rule 13-2. However, Rule 23-1 permits the removal of a loose impediment in a hazard when the ball is not lying in the hazard.

　　判定 13-2/31 球在沙坑之外；在击球路线上的沙坑里的石头被压下或移动

　　问：一名球员的球停在沙坑后面，他决定把球推过沙坑。沙坑里有一个小石头（散置障碍物）在他的推击线上。这名球员可以把石头压进沙子里或移动它吗？

　　答：如果他的动作能改善他的打球路线，沙子就不能被压——规则13-2。不过，规则23-1规定当球没有位于障碍区内时可以移动障碍区里的散置障碍物。
