·The organizer will arrange coach transfer for overseas players from Bangkok to the golf club on
Sunday/February 19 in the afternoon at 2 P.M. The pick-up point will be Maxx Hotel (formally Sun Route) located on Rama 9 road. Players who wish to join the coach transfer are to advise their arrival details, or to stay overnight in Bangkok on Saturday. Reservation can be made through TALGA with Single - 1,000 baht, Twin - 1,200 baht at Maxx Hotel.
·For individual arrival, airport taxi will cost about Bht 3,250 to the golf club in Chonburi on the way for Pattaya and will take 1.45 hrs.

[INSURANCE]
All participants are required to have adequate insurance cover for personal accident, medical expenses, baggage loss and third party liability. Although first aid facilities are provided in every tournament venue, you are advised to bring any necessary medicines and ointment with you.
[CADDY & CADDIE FEE]
The Tour will not allow you to play without caddy. In principle only house caddies are allowed, but you may bring your own caddy with you upon your advance declaration.

[ TOUR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE]
①It is US$100 a year.
②The Tour Yearly Membership Fee is different from the Tournament Entry Fee collected at US$50 or its equivalent at the players registration on the tournament site.
③Therefore, once you have paid the said fee to register yourself as the member of LAGT, it shall not be refunded by whatever reason, i.e. withdrawal from any of the tournaments. However when LAGT refuses your registration as a member of LAGT, the paid amount shall be returned.
④It can be transferred through the bank. However U$25 extra as the bank handling charges in Japan is advised to be added on the U$100, of which total remittance amount shall be US$125.

⑤Just for your reminder, 2006 Taiwan tour is not a part of LAGT. And those who join 2006 Taiwan Tour will have to re-register in the LAGT if you like to join the 2006 LAGT as well.
[HOW TO JOIN THE TOUR]
①All applicants in the Tour are required to return the filled entry form by the closing date of the entry.
Although the communications can be made through the internet e-mail or fax, the Tour Yearly membership Fee and 1 pc of your Photo must be strictly reached in time. If you are a current member of USLPGA, Futures Tour, LET, JLPGA or KLPGA, no photo is needed
