Attached is the application
form for members. It can be printed on your
club’s letterhead paper. The applications
and attached photos should be sent to Richtone
Worldwide Limited, so that they can be processed.
A card will be issued for the member. It
has the person’s name, club and personalized
membership number. It also has a photo on
the back of the card. The card with its
label takes a few weeks to process and will
be given to the club at the beginning of
the following month the application is handed
in. This is because the new labels are not
issued until the beginning of each month.
For new member’s, a gift package is also
included. The package has the Rules of Golf,
Chinese translation, a brochure and 3 golf
balls.
Fees are pro-rated. This means that if
members join in October, they do not have
to pay $360, but actually pay a lesser amount.
For October, they will have to pay $330,
because they joined a month later. The members
will pay their fees to the club. At the
end of each month the club will receive
an invoice from Richtone World wide limited
for these members.
